President Yoweri Museveni today has left for South Africa to attend a World Economic Forum on Africa.

The forum which commenced today, May 3rd will run for three days in Durban, South Africa.

But was surprising is that Museveni was today seen off by only deputies. We are not sure whether it was desired by the president or it was by coincidence that they had other commitments else where.

The deputies who saw off the president include the vice president Edward Sekandi, Deputy Chief of Defence Forces Wilson Mbadi and Deputy Inspector General of Police Martin Okoth Ochola.

Should we run into a conclusion that Museveni in one way or the other is annoyed with Maj. Gen. David Muhoozi and Gen. Kale Kayihura that he opted to be seen off by their ‘humble’ deputies?

By the way, we should leave issue of the Generals to the Generals.
