Joash Mayanja Nkangi, former Buganda prime minister passes on at 85

Joash Mayanja Nkangi, a former minister in Uganda government and Buganda prime minister passes on this morning at Nakasero hospital at 9:00am.

Nkanji who has been hospitalized for some time now has died at 85 years old at Nakasero hospital.

Nkangi has died after katikkiro Charles Peter Mayiga visited him in the hospital on Friday 3 March 2017.

He was also a former land minister in  President Museveni’s early government and a lawyer by profession .

Nkangi attended Kabungo primary school, Kings college Buddo for secondary and then Makerere university and later to Oxford university.

Details for the burial to follow later.
May his soul rest in external peace
