On Monday, Forum for Democratic Change came out to refute media claims that President Yoweri Museveni and Dr. Kizza Besigye were set to have a dialogue citing that the development was new to their ears thus saying it was baseless and untrue.

Meanwhile, the National Resistance Movement (NRM) has today morning done the same thing.

Through, the government Communication centre, Uganda Media Centre, the incumbent party has refuted all the dialogue claims.

The party says nobody is opposed to the dialogue however much there’s no dialogue between the two political figures and it pins the false reports to some media houses.

”Nobody is opposed to having dialogue. However there is no dialogue going on between President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and Rtd. Col. Dr. Kizza Besigye . These are false reports coined by certain media channels,” NRM stated.
