Uganda Cranes goalkeeper, Denis Onyango has thanked all Ugandans who have supported Uganda Cranes from the word go up to where it has reached.
The 2017 best African Player based in Africa said Cranes battle ended yesterday but the journey continues he urged all players to learn from their mistakes so that they can come back stronger in the next African Cup of Nations tournament.
“I can not thank u guys enough for the love and support u have given the entire time together through out the preparation and the tournament . Our battle ends here, but the journey continues. Let’s learn from our mistakes and come back stronger, Not forgetting the entire country for supporting us through thick and thin we love u and am proud to be part of the team, thanx for the experience ????????,” Onyango wrote on his Facebook page.
Uganda finished last in Group D of AFCON after drawing with Mali on Wednesday thus failing to advance to the next stage.
