I inspire thick women to be confident! Singer Winnie Nwagi explains why she wears skimpy outfits

Singer Winfred Nakanwagi alias Winnie Nwagi has explained why she always puts on skimpy outfits.

Despite the singer finding her dress code okay, on several occasions she has been trolled online for always showing too much skin, something that many people consider inappropriate.

Speaking to the media on Monday, Nwagi said that fans should love and respect her the way she is because she’s fed up of online aunts who always give her lectures on morals.

“Fans should love and respect us the way we are. They need to stop insulting me on social media because I got fed and it depends on the way you reply to me on social media is the same way I will respond,” the Swangz Avenue diva said.

“They should also stop scaring us. There are those who come to our pages and begin to lecture us as if they are our aunts. No you should stop it because we have our senga’s in our homes, instead, you should give those lectures to your daughters.”

The singer claimed that all she does is to inspire thick women to dress up in anything they feel like without worrying about their size and advised mothers who feel offended with her dressing style to keep their children off her page.

“And if you feel like thick women don’t deserve to deck on skimpy outfits that’s your problem because I inspire many of them out there who in the past couldn’t wear the same kind of outfit, but of now they can.

“In fact, you feel like you don’t want your children to follow, tell them to block me from their social accounts and take them back to school. I also have a child and I am free to do whatever I want, let it be dancing in front of her.”
