Sudhir Ruparelia might be the richest Ugandan alive, however, he has never stopped doing things which make him one of the 40 million countrymen and women living and doing business in Uganda.

Sudhir who has all kinds of vehicles to his beck and call, was today cited riding on a boda boda, which has attracted numerous jokes online. Boda boda motorcycle is the easiest way of beating Kampala’s traffic jam, and Sudhir who moves without unnecessary sirens like some pseudo rich people do, he is equally inconvenienced and on Wednesday, the chairman of Ruparelia Group which has over 20 companies, was photographed riding on a boda in Kampala. We have since established he was leaving Speke Apartments on Wampewo to his new skyscraper, Kingdom Kampala mall. Kingdom is the next biggest thing in Kampala as businesses start booking space on the buildings, and people with better tastes frequent the restaurants on the building for sumptuous meals.

The amateur photo, has a watermark of Osman Patricia. Patricia is the news editor for Kisementi based Capital Radio. Whereas we are yet to established where the photograph was taken and where Sudhir was going, social media commentators say the property magnate might have been checking on his properties. Sudhir owns several buildings in Kamwokya and Kololo Area where Patricia’s radio is based including the beautiful crowd puller The Cube.

Others say, Sudhir, who honours appointments might have been late for an appointment and therefore, in his usual humble way, he hoped onto the boda and reached his destination.

Last year, Sudhir was photographed enjoying street muchomo in Kayunga district. Sources say, he had gone to scout for farming land to grow vegetables for export, and found time to buy muchomo from street food vendors.

Over to you Dr Sudhir, what happened!
