Cindy shocked after Sheebah calls off their music beef

Team No Sleep’s Sheebah Karungi has finally ironed out her music beef with fellow singer Cindy Sanyu.

The music divas have been at loggerheads for quite some time, and their fans even made it worse by requesting for a music battle, to determine ‘who was who’.

‘King’ Cindy was in support of the battle and very confident about winning since she’s pitch perfect and has an excellent stage performance.

‘Queen’ Sheebah on the other side declined the request, claiming that as female artistes, they should just work on supporting each other rather than battling on stage.

“Instead of Cindy offering to battle me, I would prefer if she teaches me how to sing, I am ready to join her for rehearsals. I will also teach her how to make money and own a mansion in Munyonyo so that we all learn something from each other,” Sheebah said recently.

The beef didn’t end there. The divas resorted to throwing shed on each other through their songs like Copycat (Cindy), Jealous (Sheebah) and their constant social media rants.

But on Sunday, Sheebah through her social media pages, affirmed that there is no bad blood between them anymore. She even shared a video dancing to Cindy’s new song dubbed Boom Party.

The Silwana singer also applauded Cindy’s hard work on the song.

“This song is lit” she wrote.

However, Cindy was surprised about Sheebah’s comment, and claimed that she was shocked to receive a positive vibe from Sheebah, but glad it happened.

“I am not even gonna pretend like this didn’t shock me. I am definitely mind blown but mostly I am glad you like it. Thanks, @Sheebahricherthisyear for showing support for my new single Boom Party,” she said.

Their fans were also happy that these songstress have managed to iron out their indifferences, as they claimed that the industry will now be interesting, having the King and Queen working in harmony.
