Sweden based Ugandan blogger Raymond Soulfa alias Peng Peng has opened a new war on Rubaga South Legislator Kato Lubwama for pretending that he doesn’t know him.
Following Peng Peng’s clash with the leader of traditional healers Sophia Namutebi aka Maama Fiina, Lubwama alleged that he doesn’t know Peng Peng, something that possibly angered the blogger.
According to Peng Peng, Lubwama knows him very well because he (Peng) contributed greatly on his heart surgery operation a few years ago.
“I helped Kato Lubwama raise money for his heart surgery operation and he’s acting like he doesn’t know me, ‘mbu Pong Pong’. He attacks Bobi Wine everyday but I just want to remind him Bobi Wine once approached him at Bat Valley with his manager seeking for gigs and he chased them,” he said.
Through his page on Monday, the blogger claimed that he has always helped Lubwama collect money for his treatment, but when the Mama Fiina scandal started, the comedian turned politician has resorted to abusing him.
“You spent 30 years in the theatre but you couldn’t even raise 10 million for further treatment, crying for me that ‘son help me and solicit money from your people’, and now you are calling me a pig. I don’t think you will end this war you started,” he said.
This rift between Peng and Lubwama started when the blogger alleged to have ‘slept’ with Mama Fiina during her visit to Europe and later bragged on social media.
“She came to give me Kitu Kidogo (Bribe) but I shamed her. I know for sure that the President (Museveni) is angry that his plan failed. She failed the test. Let them bring another person to bribe me. I am called Lucifer, I destroy careers that even your children will ask you 20 years from now ‘what did you do to that man?” he said.
