After what happened to Fik Fameica’s ‘My Journey Concert’, many entertainers with proposed shows this December are currently under pressure to see that they register a success.
Geo Steady, who has organised a ‘Dine With Geo Steady’ show on December 28 at Golf Course Hotel, Kampala, is currently doing everything possible to promote his show and have it sold out.
Sources within Geo Steady Camp told Watchdog that they doubt if their boss ever sleeps given the pressure he has of late.
“If one wants more than five show ticket delivered at their door steps, currently Geo Steady can do it in person, he is soon launching a promotion for this show,” the source revealed.
On Monday, the Melanin Concert that was to be headlined by Nigerian Dancehall artiste Pato Ranking and Kenya’s Boy band Sauti was cancelled given the pressure organizers had. This show was slated for December 21 at Lugogo Cricket Oval.
