Worldwide famous singing little stars Melisizwe Brothers are set to visit Africa for the first time, by setting foot in Uganda.
They will be in Uganda to participate in the children’s climate change march and will also headline a children’s climate change concert with Ugandan children at the Kampala Sheraton on Saturday July 28, 2018. The visit of the singing sensations has been organised by Arms Around Africa, a charity for homeless children founded by Kampala Woman MP Nabillah Sempala. Arms Around Africa will work with Little Hands Go Green, the organisers of the Kids Green Festival at Kololo to organise the Children March in Kampala city ahead of a charity concert.
The Melisizwe Brothers are a Canadian singing group comprising of Zacar, Seth and Marc James, who are aged 10, 11 and 14 respectively.
The singing sensations warmed their way into the heart of the world through YouTube channel with the song which had six million views.
Melisizwe means “leaders for the future” in Xhosa, a South African language, but the kids parents are originally from Caribbean Islands.
The Melisizwe Brothers have performed on the same stage as world stars such as Diana Ross, The Jackson Five and Steve Wonders.
