Yesterday evening, Mr Chibu Dangote aka Diamond found himself on the wrong side of the law. Though it was a minor offence, he took responsibility in a classy manner.

The East African superstar reported to Central Police station in Dar Es Salaam and was penalized for not wearing a seat belt while driving. The singer was busted when he posted a snap video of him driving his car sans seat belt. Guess he did not expect it to go this wrong.

One his gram, Diamond confirmed that he had reported to the police station, and paid a fine for the minor traffic offence.

It is clear from his caption, that he used his minor offence to remind his fans of the importance of following traffic rules.
