Singer Bobi Wine’s wife Barbie Itungo Kyagulanyi has been rewarded with a rotary humanitarian award in recognition for her charity works.

Barbie was rewarded with a prestigious accolade on Friday evening by Rotaract Club of Bugolobi following her selfless endeavors in empowering the girl child through Caring Hearts Uganda, a nonprofit organization.

Barbie couldn’t hide her excitement apart from sharing the wondering achievement on her social media.

“When I started giving back to my community, all I wanted was to create a difference in the lives of the beneficieries but I am more than honoured to have people appreciate what I do. Rotaract club Bugolobi and the team members from the 1000 smiles project, Thank you very much for this award you handed me yesterday. It means alot to me and to Caring hearts Uganda,” she posted.
