NBS television presenter and events emcee Kats, has revealed his baby mama, singer Fille’s worst kept secret. MC Kats says his wife needs help because she is a drug addict.
A frustrated MC Kats was responding to questions about his fights with the singer from Dembe FM’s notorious presenter Kasuku (Isaac Katende) who hosts Talk and Talk show on Saturday. The show discusses trends in the entertainment industry.
“People think what happens between me and Fille are publicity stunts, but that’s our real life,” said Kats whose real name is Edwin Katamba. He added, “drugs are destroying the music industry and we need to do something about it.”
MC Kats asked for help from all corners to save Fille from drugs before they destroy her for good.
“I have fought hard to save my relationship with Fille but it always falls apart because she is most times not herself.”
Watchdog Uganda spoke to Kasuku later to confirm if Kats indeed meant his wife was a drug addict and he said, “I repeated his words to cross check for facts and he said she was on drugs.”
Fille was not available to comment for this story as her known numbers went unanswered.
However, if this turns out to be true, Fille will not be the first celebrity to fall for drugs to manage the pressure of celebrity life.
