Police is Bulenga is holding a man for allegedly murdering two people.
Deo Mukisa , a resident of Kireka-Bbira, Nakabugo Parish Wakiso district was arrested early this week following police investigations into the kidnap and murder of a four-year-old boy Elvis Kibule.
Kibule was reported kidnapped on January 24, 2019.
After thorough questioning by police detectives, Mukisa confessed to have committed the atrocities.
According to Kampala Metropolitan Police Deputy Spokesperson Luke Owoyesigire, on Wednesday, police with the help of the suspect managed to recover the body of Kibule that was dumped in a swamp around Kireka Bbira.
Later,the suspect also led police officers to the scene where he dumped the body of his girlfriend whom he had killed earlier.
He confessed to the murder by poisoning, and she had been reported missing at Central Police Station missing a few days ago.
