Anselm Besigye, a son to Uganda’s main opposition figure Dr. Kizza Besigye and Oxfam Executive Director Winnie Byanyima is the latest figure to take on social media by a storm.
A photo of Anselm touching a bare breast of a white girl has sparked mixed reactions among Ugandans whereby some have alleged that his action doesn’t depict his family image given the fact that it can make a good ‘first family’.
However, some social media users have defended Anselm saying that he is a young man in a modern era who needs to enjoy himself to the fullest.
Apparently, Anselm is a student at the US based Harvard University and he shares a class with Malia Obama, a daughter to former US president Barrack Obama.
