Sports betting is getting ready to heat up into a frenzy in East Africa this April. The hub is set to be in Kampala, Uganda’s capital city.

The event is the fourth annual Sports Betting East Africa Summit. It is scheduled to be held in April 2018 from the 10th through the 11th.

The meeting is an important gathering for global casino contributors. Attendees from this industry include prominent casino software developers, media specialists, service providers for testing and certification, top notch casino software developers and casino gaming consultants.

Betway online betting will have representatives in attendance at this annual event that is packed with information, education, sharing and networking opportunities.

Media specialist Reps

Some of the most well-known and respected media specialists will be on hand. They represent services provided by Bet construct and Kiron International, Elbet, Gamble Beast and Gaming Laboratories International. These companies are instrumental in influencing the direction and content for online sports betting on a global level. This kind of opportunity rarely comes along.

The expected impact of the summit

It’s much more than a gathering of experts to make business deals. The summit is a highly anticipated event that is expected to have a positive impact on the industry of sports betting.

The CEO of Uganda’s National Gaming Board is Edgar Agaba. He shares the viewpoint that bringing regulators and operators throughout the world together in one summit will open up new opportunities for sharing and networking that will open new doors for professionals in all aspects of the industry.

It offers information sharing that will be helpful in addressing common problem through brainstorming solutions or a more seamless approach to delivering service within the sports betting arena.

Education and legal perspectives

Professionals from satellite industries will have access to discussions about regulations and legal issues across the globe. New learning about jurisdictions, rationales for specific regulations, their benefits and solutions to common issues will be among topics covered. Amne Suedi Kagashseki of the Shikana Law Group plans to share his thoughts on these matters.

 Focus on Sports Betting

Not all conferences or summits direct attention to one specific industry.

The fourth annual Sports Betting East Africa Summit is different. Although professionals from all associated industries are welcome to attend, the focus is set strictly on Sports Betting.

The timing could not be more perfect with thee 2018 FIFA World Cup being held in Russia shortly. Preparation to address certain issues and networking prior to the event could result in some powerful and profitable collaboration within the sports betting industry as well as others with similar interests and associations with the activity.

East Africa currently enjoys a strong presence within the sports betting market and this is an opportunity to join with other great minds to increase the current successes and further maximize the full potential of the industry.

It’s an event that sports betting agency pros should plan on attending. The potential for networking and benefiting from new information and connections is too good to miss out on.
