By Faridah Nakazibwe

A house is just a house, it’s happiness and peace of mind that makes it a home. It doesn’t matter what you do or where you live.

It doesn’t matter the size of the house and how much you spent on it. If you can’t find happiness in your home, life becomes a misery. It doesn’t matter if it’s a rented house, your own house, a friend,s house, family house or a state house.

Happiness is from within. External stress can be avoided but internal stress is more painful than death. Without happiness or peace of mind a house is just a house.

One of the most painful things in life is not to have rest of mind in your home where you lay your head. A homeless person is not a person without a house, but a person who is always unhappy when going home.

So……..

If you truly want happiness in your marriage. Stop cooking what your partner hates to eat.(Not Food ).Be open to communication.

You can discuss your daily activities with your partner but avoid bringing job or business related stress to your family and make them pay for the sins they knew nothing about.

Make your matrimonial home a place of comfort and peace. Because a person who is never happy going home, may never stay at home.
