Buganda Road Magistrate Court has issued criminal summons to Arua Municipality MP Ibrahim Abiriga to answer charges of nuisance by easing in public.
He’s meant to appear on October 6th 2017 at 9:00 am.
On Tuesday Abiriga confessed before cameras that he was badly off and had no where to go except to urinate on the premises of Finance Ministry on an evening of the previous day.
