The feud between Forum for Democratic Change (FDC)’s candidate Apollo Kantinti and independent candidate Kyagulanyi Sentamu alias Bobi Wine seems to take a new twist every day that passes by.
With just a few days to Kyadondo by-elections, Kantinti has come out to accuse his rival competitor Bobi Wine of defacing his large sized campaigning posters.
Angry Kantinti after realizing that his posters were destroyed, he immediately called for a press conference on Wednesday at the party headquarters in the constituency.
He said destroying his “expensively-produced” posters was a “cowardly act” by his rival, musician Robert Kyagulanyi, best known by his stage name Bobi Wine.
This is a cowardly act from my opponents. They have printed posters and pinned them with my party flagbearer (Kizza Besigye) in them. They are trying to associate themselves with him yet he publicly endorsed me and he is a member of my party,” said Katinti.
