President Yoweri Museveni has used the unfinished Entebbe Express Highway on his way from Wakiso to State House Entebbe as a way of dodging the unbeatable traffic jam along Entebbe Road.
While on his way,President Museveni ordered his motor convoy to pull over so that he could make an on-spot assessment on the work progress.
Entebbe Express Highway is a four-lane toll highway designated in 2012 and up to now it is still under construction. The highway links Entebbe International Airport to Kampala.
