Airtel Money Announces Partnership with Sheebah Karungi for the Neyanziza Concert Promising a 5G Internet Experience

Kampala, September 2024: Music fans of Sheebah Karungi can now access discounted tickets to the Neyanziza concert through Airtel Money, Uganda’s most affordable and secure financial service. The singer’s partnership with the brand was announced today at a press conference in Kansanga. 

Muzoora Kabuga, Head Merchant Pay, Airtel Money while speaking at the press conference expressed the brand’s excitement with the partnership. He said, “At Airtel Money, we are very keen on supporting talent and entertainment in Uganda and we are very excited to be partners for the Neyanziza concert. We shall support Sheebah all the way and have already created a code for payments, you dial, *185*9*4373000# for a ticket and anyone who pays using the code will get a discount of UGX. 5,000.” 

Revellers will also enjoy a seamless 5G internet experience at the concert courtesy of Airtel Uganda, the leading 5G telecom network in the country.

“I also want to assure you that everyone who comes to the show will have a free 5G experience. Those of you who would like to post videos on TikTok, we are going to give you a free 5G experience as Airtel has the best 5G in the country,” He added.

In addition to buying tickets at discounted rates, Sheebah’s fans also have an opportunity to win lots of prizes in the newly launched Airtel Money Vroomula Amajja campaign. “There is also the Vroomula Amajja campaign where if you buy a ticket using the merchant code, you not only get a discount but also enter a draw to win cash, Boda Bodas and a brand new Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid 2024 model. We have already awarded more than 100 million Ugandan Shillings to lucky Airtel Money users,” Kabuga explained adding that, winners will be notified by Airtel via the only verified number 0200100100.

While addressing the press, the singer, expressed her gratitude to Airtel Money for the partnership. She said, “Airtel Money has come on board to ease the sale of tickets. My fans can now access tickets to the show from the comfort of their homes or at their convenience. I always want the best for my fan base and I am grateful to Airtel Money for making this possible.”

Come 4th October 2024, Sheebah Karungi’s fans can expect an electric performance of her greatest hits.
