Passengers who have been travelling to Mbarara lost patience and decided to arrest a reckless driver who was driving them like sacks of maize flour.
The passengers, who were travelling in a speeding Global bus, mobilized themselves and attacked the bus driver whom they arrested and handed him over to Lukaya police.
Police in Lukaya applauded the brave passengers and urged all other travelers to pick leaf.
Police said the driver will be charged with reckless driving and for putting passengers’ lives in danger.
