Salon Magazine: Review of Rema Namakula’s beauty, makeup and, hair on her pre-introduction ceremony

Singer Rema Namakula will on Thursday, November 14, officially introduce her lover Hamza Sebunya to her family. We do not expect anything less than pomp, class, beauty and glamour on that day, basing on what she sampled us with during the pre-induction ceremony.

Putting our introduction ceremony expectations aside, let’s first give you a glimpse of the beautician behind Namakula’s stunning looks at her pre-introduction ‘Kukyala’ ceremony that happened recently.

The Makeup

When it comes to ladies, they rather not eat but have their beauty fixed with makeup and Namakula is not exceptional.

Namakula’s makeup was done by her usual artist Feyth Presh and indeed she didn’t disappoint. She did a simple nude makeup that was just enough to pull out her gorgeous looks on her day.

Her Hair

Namakula chose to use natural hair extensions, and it was done and styled by Phery Hair and Accessories. The hair was not a surprise as we all know how the singer loves natural extensions. The styling was great and it made the hair to look classier on her.

Apart for the hair, Phery Hair and Accessories are also behind the singer’s jewelry, the necklace, rings, bracelets and ear rings that complemented well with her Gomesis and makeup.

Gomesi

Many thought that Namakula will wear bright colored Gomesis for she has always been a big fan of such colors. Surprisingly, she wore average colors throughout the function but she still killed the looks.

Namakula’s first Gomesi, the ‘greyish’ one was made by Kushona Designs. Kushona is one of the most sought after Gomesi designers around town and has worked with several celebrities like Phiona Kirabo, Stecia Mayanja, among others

The second Maroon Gomesi was designed by Talo Couture collections. Besides Namakula, Talo Couture also designed the groom Hamza Sebunya.

Changing dress

Very descent but yet classy, Namakula wore an elegant changing Green dress as her last wear at the function. This dress was designed by Hers Uganda.

However, on her introduction ceremony I believe Namakula is going to work with a big team of fashion designers (Gomesi), but she will still work with Feyth to fix her beauty. And about the changing dress, the singer might work with Hers Uganda again, or Posh Glam.
