We have just learnt of the untimely death of former Prime Minister Apolo Robin Nsibambi.
Prof. Nsibambi, 78, also a one time chancellor of Makerere University, is said to have died at his Rubaga home.
He was Prime Minister from April 5, 1999 until May 24, 2011, when Amama Mbabazi succeeded him.
