Musician Kiyaga Hillary Innocent alias Dr. Hilderman has lashed out at critics who say that he never went to school.

The Amelia hit song maker revealed that he went to school but hates to front his degrees because majority of the elites are the biggest disappointment to Uganda.

According to the singer, he joined Makerere University on a government scheme and got a degree in performing Arts.

Taking about his Dr. title, Hilderman said he attained it after emerging as the best student in movement therapy.

He says after graduating with a first class degree at Makerere University in 2005, he was given a scholarship to study at Strathmore University in Nairobi but turned down the offer to pursue a post graduate diploma in leadership management which he completed in 2007.

And currently, Dr. Hilderman is undertaking a masters degree in public relations which he hopes to complete in 2020.

He posted on his Facebook page;

MBU BA HILDERMAN TEBASOMA!!!! MWE MWASOMA KUBA GGWANGA?

My name is Kiyaga Hillary Innocent a.k.a Dr Hilderman. I hail from Mawokota,my home village is Mbute Kampiringisa in kammengo sub county Mpigi district.

Am a son of the late Maurice Nsubuga and Mrs margaret Nakanwagi Nsubuga living at Mbute-kampiringisa. I grew up in an extended family with a humble background.

I went to Mbute-Kampiringisa primary school (all i remember is studying my entire primary school without shoes). Went to St Josephs Kakindu untill S.2 and joined St Kalemba Nazigo where i sat my O-level from. Did my A-level at Mityana SS where i performed perfectly to Join Makerere on A government scheme. Got a degree in performing Arts and a paper in Movement therapy led me to atain the Dr tittle because i was the best in Therapy.

When i graduated in 2005, i was given a scholarship to study in Nairobi at Strathmore University by Aghakan University. This is because i had gotten a 1st class degree at Makerere. I choose to do a post graduate Diploma in Leadership and Management which i completed in 2007. Am currently doing masters in public relations and i hope to graduate in 2020 God willing.

Today i was on radio and this person was talking ill about abayimbi. Some of us hate fronting books because majority of the elites are the biggest disapointment to this country. Abayivu bakoze kyamanyi nnyo okuta ensi yafe eno. So i rather cover my degrees and act as a common person for books not to ruin my focus.

Wama blessed weekend
