He made remarks today during the confirmation service of 62 Christians held at St Mark’s COU Katunga parish in Bwongyera Archdeaconry in Kajara county Ntungamo District.

Bishop Ahimbisibwe also tasked parents and believers to work hard in order to improve food security which will enable them to get food for their school going children.

He commended Rev Ampeire Median and all believers for the togetherness which is steering the sporadic development in all five churches in Katunga parish.

Bishop Ahimbisibwe was flanked by Chaplain Rev Nathan Nkuranga, Ven Rev Polly Beitwa the Archdeacon Bwongyera and Stephen Kyagurani.

The St Mark’s COU Katunga Parish Rev Median Ampeire and his wife Molly who are seven months old at the place thanked believer for the cooperation which helped them finish quotas in time, renovation of the church and purchase of motorcycle for the parish priest.
