The Makindye General Court Martial has on Monday denied bail to the patron of Boda-Boda2010 and NRM Rubaga chairman Abdallah Kitatta who is being accused of unlawful possession of firearms, live ammunition, military head gears and uniforms.
During the hearing, army officers displayed army uniforms, firearms that included a gold coated pistol which Kitatta allegedly possessed by the time he was arrested.
However, his lawyer denied the golden gun, AK47 and army uniforms his client has never owned any of them.
Kitatta has again been remanded to Luzira prison until 12 June, 2018.
