Trustin company Limited  this morning continued to curb the unemployment rate in the country as it took 20 girls to Abu Dhabi to work as Security Guards.

This has been witnessed on the increased number of unemployed Ugandans which the recruitment company helps to fly to Middle East to look for greener pasture.

Jorem Oitit the senior Chief Executive officer [CEO] of the company says that this is a good move for the girls to secure a brighter future .

“Many people have been robbed and they have no option but to quit. We as Trustin we deliver quality” said Oitit.

Bob Okia, the Operations Manager of the company is happy too for the girls. Though on some point he is not pleased with those who go to work and after they have got the money, they end up misusing it. “This is not what we want,” asserted Okia

It is on this note that he urged all the people who have gone to work hard and prove a point as to why they went abroad.

He also advised them to save their money wisely and spend it in things that will benefit them in the future.

“These numbers are wide due to the fact that we get them from various corners of the country. Some come from Mbarara, Kampala, Mbale, Gulu to mention but a few,”

When asked about the contracts, Bob said that the girls are going to work as security guards and their contracts are to last for a period of two years.

Currently the Ugandan government is trying as much as possible to smoothen the external labour recruitment exercise or to register the right recruitment agencies just to make sure Ugandan citizens employed overseas get a fair treatment, according to ministry of gender, labour and social development, trustin company is one of the approved 49 companies that are allowed to export labour in the country.
