Former Presidential candidate Dr. Kizza Besigye today has been blocked from attending a requiem mass of slain AIGP Andrew Felix Kaweesi at Rubaga Cathedral.
He was travelling in the car with Kawempe South Mp Mubarak Munyagwa.
This time round, Besigye has not caused any chaos.He obliged to Police orders and drove back.
The service was Kaweesi’s last stop in a series of masses said for his soul in Kampala city. He will be taken today to his ancestral home in Kitwekyanjovu in Kazanga, Lwengo district where he will be laid to rest on Tuesday.
