President Museveni has filled the vacant position of deputy chief of military intelligence.
The deputy CMI was announced on Friday night.
Col Kaija is formerly a staff Officer at Operation Wealth Creation.
Col Kaija was trained at the Centre for strategic intelligence in UK, a holder BA(Makerere), Diploma Human Resource Management.
