Fresh Kid’s father wants promoters to cancel his son’s international gigs

Paul Mutabaazi, rapper Patrick Senyonjo’s father has shattered his son’s dreams of travelling abroad for musical shows.

Mutabazi, who has been in the news for all the wrong reasons ever since his son, popularly known as Fresh Kid , has now told promoters to cancel the rapper’s shows if they can’t pay for his tickets.

Mutabaazi claims that Fresh Kid is his opportunity to travel abroad and he can’t miss it, so if promoters can’t pay for an extra ticket, they should just forget about his son.

“I don’t want people to see me in a bad way. I see this as an opportunity that my son will be fulfilling my dream of traveling. I signed a contract that permits me to go with my son everywhere, and since travelling was put in our contract, the manager has to speak with the promoters to organize for my travel too, or else let’s forget about those shows and wait for other international gigs,” he said.

During an interview with a local television on Tuesday, Mutabaazi alleged that his son’s manager Francis Kamoga agreed to take him to all Fresh Kid’s shows, international gigs inclusive and it’s his responsibility to request promoters to consider him too.

This clash came after Fresh Kid’s USA tour got cancelled, as promoters claimed that they can’t stand the ‘too much’ involvement of Mutabaazi in the son’s business.

The Dubai promoter also came out alleging that Fresh Kid’s fans in Dubai promised to boycott his show if the father shows up, but apparently Mutabaazi has advised them to cancel the shows if they don’t want to see him.
