Musician Chris Evans Kaweesi was briefly detained by the border police of Zimbabwe a few days back after he failed to explain himself properly while trying to get into South Africa by road.
The artiste was due to perform for the Ugandans in South Africa in a number of cities including Durban and Pretoria plus others but missed the first show as he was still in detention.
He missed his flight after he had visa issues choosing to go down to South Africa by road so as not to miss his scheduled performances.
After verifying his details and what he was going to do in South Africa, Evans was released and entered Madiba land where he has had a number of successful performances and has just gotten back home safely this time by air though.
