Capt. Mike Mukula promises to rehabilitate thieving Qute Kaye

NRM Vice Chairperson Eastern Region also patron of Uganda Musicians Association (UMA) Captain Mike Mukula has promised to rehabilitate struggling musician Ivan Kawuma alias Qute Kaye who was arrested on Thursday after stealing lights from a car.

In his tweet, Capt Mukula instructed the chairman of UMA to secure a quick release of the singer thus promising to rehabilitate him back to normal.

He said, “This young man with talent got desperate un employed and with no source of income in the city >> Cute Kaye >> As a patron of uganda musicians association I have instructed the chairman and others to secure his release # we will rehabilitate him,”

Qute Kaye was arrested yesterday and later detained at Nateete Police Station after he was allegedly found removing the headlight of the vehicle, registration number UBA 482K, said to be owned by Jackson Musisi.
