City socialite also music promoter Charles Olim alias Sipapa was on Friday arrested for violating traffic rules.
His arrest comes after public outcry on abuse of traffic rules with impunity by social celebrities and high profile motor vehicles including government cars.
Sipapa was arrested from William street at 11:00am for driving without a sit belt, and given a ticket worth Shs100,000.
After his arrest, police cautioned other motorists over road indiscipline that will lead to arrests of everyone regardless of their social status.
