The highly anticipated Fish Festival is just days away with organizers promising fish lovers a lot in store.
The second edition of the fest is scheduled to take place on 5th May, 2018 at Uganda Museum.
According to the event organizer Betty Aliba, the team is in its final preparation stages to ensure that various fish types are exhibited on the big day.
She says over 100 fish species which include Angara from pakwach, Nang nang, Nile perch for Lake Victoria, nsozi from Eastern Uganda, silver fish from Lakes Kyoga and Victoria, Lung fish (mamba), cat fish (mmale) among others will be showcased at the event.
This time round several artistes with Maro as the lead performer are going to entertain fish lovers as they enjoy the fist.
Slay queens also have already charged for the day.
Entry fee will be 10k only for adults and 5k for the kids.
