DFCU bank launches a revamped Omni channel e-banking platform

DFCU bank has launched a new platform that will ease the work of customers in exchanging money services in the country.

This was announced at a press event that took place at DFCU headquarters in Kampala where Denis Kibukamusoke, the head of consumer banking expressed the bank’s commitment to improving customer experience across all touch points.

“We have announced our e-banking platform to provide a great user experience and ensure an enriched customer experience for our retail and corporate customers” Said Kibukamusoke.

He went ahead to explain that the revamped banking service is Omni channel which will provide multiple ways for customers to transact through the USSD for the future phone users, online and app for smart phone users but more so delivering experience that focuses less on transactions and more on the customer experience.

DFCU quick banking will enable customers track and manage their account activity, carry out multiple transactions and stay in total control of their bank accounts always.
