The Ruparelia Group on Monday officially launched the opulent Speke Apartments Kitante.

Seated on plots 10 and 14 on Kitante Close, off Yusuf Lule road in Kampala, the exotic apartments define the true meaning of class, comfort and serenity.

The ultra-modern facility has 64 one-bedroom, 10 two-bedroom and nine two bedroom superior apartments.

“In total we have 83 apartments with modern facilities. The apartments also have a state of the art restaurant, a 45-bar seater, and a lobby,” the apartments General Manager Dubbaka Suresh told Watchdog Uganda recently.

The restaurant provides continental, Italian and Indian cuisines.

Speke Apartments Kitante come with world class services including 24 hour security, parking, internet, room service, et al.

All the 83 apartments are built to British standards.

“All our apartments have fully fitted kitchen, double glazed sound proofed windows, LED Flat Screen TVs with customized set of channels and a 24 hour complimentary high speed Wifi internet,” noted Mr Suresh.

“They also have bar counters, fully functional ACs, and safe deposit lockers.”

The apartments also have a 24 hour detailed security with CCTV cameras within the vicinity.

What makes Speke Apartments ideal;

Mr Suresh said the apartments are convenient to clients due to their favourable location.

“Our apartments are very near to several embassies, corporate companies, schools [Kampala Parents School, Kampala International School and Delhi School], Golf Course, shopping centers such as Acaccia Mall or Lugogo mall which makes it easy for our guests to access several services within the same area.”

“The apartments are also located in a serene and very quiet environment with an ample parking space.”

They also have a kids play ground for clients with children.

Friendly prices;

Speke Apartments Kitante has the best accommodation rates in town. With USD130 only a guest is able to spend a night in a one bedroom apartment, USD160 in a two bedroom apartment and USD180 in a two bedroom superior apartment.

For those who would like to spend a month at the comfy apartments; they go for USD2,000, USD2,500, USD2,800 for one bedroom, two bedroom and two bedroom superior apartments, respectively.

“We also offer discounted rates for long staying clients,” said Mr Suresh.
