Tension has occurred in some parts of Yumbe district in Northern Uganda after a group threatened to kill Baganda and Acholi people on their land.
Through notices, the youth have given Baganda and Acholi people 48 hours to vacate their land or suffer miserable death.
The notices have been pinned around town in Yumbe by the group and it is started that Baganda and Acholi are taking up all the jobs in humanitarian organizations and the prime minister’s office leaving them unemployed.
According to Spear news, the police commander of Yumbe district, Musiho Abubaker said that these messages must have been distributed by unemployed youths in the area, adding that Yumbe district has the highest unemployment rate in the region.
