After NRM secretary General Justine Kasule Lumumba’s car knocked dead a woman on Monday in Kajjansi, Rogers Mulindwa, the NRM Communications Officer made an obnoxious statement ever when he said the dead woman had “rammed into” Kasule’s car when she was crossing the road while talking on phone.
Well we have managed to identify the young woman who was knocked dead by Kasule’s car.
She is Jane Frances Namara a graduate from Kyambogo a daughter to late major Kahangye, a soldier who was killed on duty in Somalia during AMISOM wars.
Burial arrangements are underway.
