Remnants Celebrate Prophet Elvis Mbonye at Majestic Honor Day

On Sunday, September 1, 2024, the atmosphere at Zoe Ground in Lwezza was electric with anticipation. It was the day the Remnants of Zoe Fellowship had been eagerly awaiting—a day set apart to celebrate their spiritual leader, Prophet Elvis Mbonye. For seven years, this annual event had grown in grandeur and significance, and this seventh Honor Day promised to be the most memorable yet.

The Remnants had come from near and far, gathering in their thousands to honor the man they believed was anointed by God to lead them. This was more than just a celebration; it was a testament to their faith, a day to recognize the grace, empowerment, and divine favor they felt flowed through their Prophet. As they called it, Honor Day was not about exalting a man but about acknowledging the divine grace that worked through him.

The excitement reached its peak as Prophet Elvis Mbonye made his entrance. Clad in a pristine white suit, he arrived in a convoy of Range Rovers, the gleaming cars reflecting the bright sunlight. The scene was orchestrated with precision—a blue carpet was rolled out, and a band led the way, filling the air with triumphant music. When Mbonye stepped out, a pathway of white carpet awaited him, flanked by sparkling lights that seemed to radiate love and grace.

As the Prophet walked among his followers, his simple wave ignited a wave of jubilation—a chorus of claps, praises, and shouts that echoed across the grounds. The Zoe Melodies orchestra added to the atmosphere with their harmonious sounds, creating a symphony that filled the hearts of all present. It was a moment of pure joy, where every note and every beat seemed to reach out to the divine.

The day was filled with magnificent performances that honored the Prophet and uplifted the spirits of those in attendance. The Zoe Melodies, dressed in stunning attire, performed with such passion that their music seemed to reach the heavens. Rapper Ruyonza added his unique flair to the proceedings, delivering verses that spoke of faith and devotion. Kenyan DJ Son of the Nation spun tracks that praised the King of Kings, his skillful mixing turning the grounds into a space of vibrant worship.

Some might wonder why such an elaborate celebration was held for a man, but Prophet Mbonye addressed these questions directly in his speech. Standing before his followers, he spoke with conviction and clarity, emphasizing that the celebration was not about him but about the grace of God that worked through him.

“Since you’re honoring the Grace that is given to us! By the Lord God Almighty. A Grace unlike any other…. We can say with all confidence that today is another day…..when you will leave with something from here, something that is tangible because you will see it materializing…… we are not self-made, we are God-made … We have come to a time where there is going to be a clear distinction between those that are self-made and those that are God-made. Those who are the product of the systems of this world and then you who are the product of the Grace…..” he proclaimed, his words resonating deeply with those gathered.

The Prophet’s message was clear: this was not about celebrating a human being but honoring the divine grace that guided their lives. It was a powerful reminder of their shared faith and the spiritual path they walked together. To the Remnants, Honor Day was the pinnacle of their year, a day unmatched by any other in its significance and joy.

As the day drew to a close, the night sky was lit up with fireworks, each burst a dazzling reminder of the joy and gratitude that filled the hearts of the Remnants. The explosions painted the sky in vibrant colors, symbolizing the divine connection and celebration that had unfolded at Zoe Ground.

The seventh Honor Day was more than just a gathering—it was a reaffirmation of faith, a celebration of divine grace, and a powerful reminder of the blessings they believed were bestowed upon them through their Prophet. For those present, it was a day of spiritual awakening and unity, a day that would be remembered for years to come as the moment when the grace of God was celebrated in all its glory at Zoe Ground.
