Results of 64 candidates from 11 education centers have been held by Uganda National Examination Board (UNEB) for alleged examination mulpractice in last year’s Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE). This is a significant drop from 279 cases.
Science Foundation College in Kampala has the highest numbers of withheld results at 27, Alliance SS Ibanda has 11, Ezra Memorial SS Kibuku at 10, Rubona SS and Iganga Parents SS each had 5 candidates.
Mean while Agago District obtained the highest failure rate followed by Buyende, Bulambuli and Zombo Districts.
The UACE results have been released today by the minister of Education and Sports, Janet Kataaha Museveni at the office of the Prime Minister in Kampala
