Former Kampala Metropolitan Traffic commander SSP Norman Musinga on Tuesday (28.09.2021) handed over office to SP Nsereko Rogers Kawuma following the recent police transfers.
SSP Musinga was transferred to Rwenzori West as Regional Police Commander.
The handover ceremony was held at KMP headquarters in Kampala and was witnessed by the Commander KMP SCP Tanui Steven .
It should be noted that SSP Musinga has been in charge of KMP traffic since 14th November 2014 and during his tenure a lot of successes have been achieved.
Giving his remarks, he thanked his colleagues at the department , members of the community, who have made it easy for him to serve hence the successes and also the Inspector General of Police for the new deployment entrusted with him as Regional Police Commander.
The Commander KMP thanked both the outgoing and incoming Traffic commanders for the service .
He urged the incoming traffic commander to always put first team work, supervision and consultation during all his duties.
