Keith Muhakanizi, Permanent Secretary in the Office of the Prime Minister has passed on.
Muhakanizi, the former Permanent Secretary and Secretary to the Treasury (PSST) died today from Milan, Italy where he had gone to receive specialized treatment.
According to highly placed sources, the PS died from cancer.
May his Soul Rest In Eternal Peace.
