The body of Dr. Catherine Agaba, a medical doctor with International Hospital, has been found.
Dr Agaba, has been missing since April 13.
According to sources, the body was found in a septic tank in a compound of a house where she was renting.
A security guard who was guarding the premises has been arrested from Apac District.
Last week, Kampala Metropolitan Police spokesperson Luke Owoyesigyire said a US-based doctor had been arrested alongside another suspect and are being held at Kabalagala Police Station in connection with Agaba’s disappearance.
