Earlier today, we reported how businessman Desh Kananura, owner of Panamera Bar has been ordered by Court to vacate the land on which the bar sits citing that he occupies the premises illegally.
The court decree declared that Kananura is a trespasser and has no law whatsoever in the suit land comprised in plots 20-30 Saddler Way, Naguru.
However, the bar management has comeout to clarify on the whole issue revealing that Panamera is safe and everything is going on well.
The management said an Indian investor tried to use goons to effect an illegal order adding that they will not allow to be affected by land grabbers.
“Pana is safe and all is well. Some Indian tried to use goons to effect an illegal order. #wikidi will not be affected by landgrabbers!,” management tweeted.
