Police in Nalya has arrested a suspected criminal who has been moving from home to home collecting people’s details.
According to Kampala Metropolitan Spokesperson Emilian Kayima, the arrested woman is suspected to be a terrible criminal and she is likely to be among those who clobber people deep in the night.
“This woman was arrested from some home in Nalya moving from home to home getting their personal details. She is suspected to be a terrible criminal, may be those clobbering people deep in the night coz she couldn’t identify herself, wasn’t cleared by area security or LC, was found with many mobile phones in her bag. She is suspected to be doing record for criminals,” Kayima said.
