For some time, Facebook sensation Tom Voltaire Okwalinga aka TVO has been announcing an upcoming revolution in Uganda.
His followers have waited till today when April 18, 2017 arrived.
On social media people have been asking what was happening at the Constitutional Square where TVO had told his supporters to gather to kick start the revolution.
However the day he announced is about to close, but, not a single soul has been cited at the Constitutional Square to give credence to TVO’s directive to run over Museveni’s government.
If the revolution does not take place, it is likely to weaken TVO’s image and undermine his/her/their influence.
