Four people accused of murdering social worker Maria Nagirinya and her driver Ronald Kitayimbwa have on Monday been remanded to Luzira prison by Grade One Magistrate Joel Wegoye.
The four including Coprian Kasolo, also known as Arsenal,27, Lubega Johnson aka Etoo,20, Nasif Kalyango,20 and Hassan Kisekka, 29 were arraigned before the Nateete grade one magistrates court and charged with seven counts of kidnap, murder and robbery.
Justice Wegoye ordered them to return to court on September 27, 2019 for mention of case.
Nagirinya and Kitayimbwa were abducted on August 28, 2019, and found murdered two days later and their bodies dumped in Mukono district.
The 28 year old was working as a project manager at Community Integrated Development Initiative (CIDI), a Muyenga based non governmental organisation.
