On Monday 25th July, the jobless brotherhood took to parliament petitioning over the illegal arrest of Hon. Betty Nambooze in an non gazetted detention center Kiruddu hospital.

In this situation, Buwembo Habib, Lubega Juma and Galiwango Yasin were arrested, charged on the 26th of July with Public Nuisance and Obstructing Traffic at the Buganda road court that was presided over by Justice Mukanza Robert who on the same day released them on bail each paying a bail fee of shs400000 a comportment the Jobless BrotherHood coordinator Ojobila Agustin describes as unjust.

It’s from that unjust situation as described by the brotherhoods, went on to address the media at their offices on City house Kampala condemning the judicial official who released the Brothers on a bail (with a fee of shs400000) as someone with no mercy for freedom fighters hence calling upon the chief justice Bart Katurebe to put his house in order.

‘’If fighting for justice is a crime, we are going to do it till we reach our death point.’’ Said Agustin as he asked for judicial offices not to be turned into injustice centers.

The strong minded Brothers also used this opportunity to disclose their next move which is to demand that former IGP Kayihura be produced to court and charged.
