Former Buyende DPC Muhammad Kirumira was briefly granted bail by the disciplinary court hearing allegations in his misconduct, however his bail took only minutes, when it was cancelled saying the controversial police officer has “misbehaved” immediately after.
Kirumira is battling a number of accusations, which he says are part of a witch-hunt by enemies in the force he serves. He was recently picked from his home unceremoniously, in an epic drama which was fodder for televisions. Details to follow:
